Worship is the center of congregational life at Augustus. The Word of God is proclaimed in preaching, music, song and teaching.
We welcome all baptized Christians to join us at the Lords Table. As Lutherans, we confess that Christ is truly present in the Sacrament and that the gifts of this Sacrament are the forgiveness of sin and eternal life. Visitors and college students are always welcome at Augustus Church. There is ample parking, and the church is handicapped-accessible with hearing-impaired devices and large print service booklets.
